Recently, our company achieves a lot in business expansion. The Nanjing subsidiary has contracted the Xuefu Yinxiang first phase project with Jiangsu Yadong Construction Development Group Co., the building area reaching 38437 square meters and the construction period being 558 days and the construction cost arriving at 36.16 million RMB. Now the project department has entered the construction field and are actively making the preparations such as arranging the construction site and putting up the propaganda signs. The Shanghai subsidiary has contracted the project of Shanghai Taicang Gaocheng Holiday Villa with 8300 square meters building area and 200 days construction Period. The 12th project department has entered the construction field.
Also recently, our company has contracted the second phase project of Sun City, which has 131700 square meters building area and among which 23700 square meters are for the underground construction. Its total construction period is 635 days with the quality goal of striving for the Golden-dragon Cup. The 7th project department has
entered the construction field and are building the supplementary facilities. Also ,the work of underground bottom board are started .
After the project of No.1 and No.2 teaching buildings of the Industrial Institute in Changzhou
College City, the 3rd project department has initiated the S5 dormitory building of the Industrial Institute. Its building area amounts to 12800 square meters, and the construction period is 220 days and the construction cost is 10.58 million RMB. The infrastructure of this project has begun.
Our company have been continuously obtaining the AAA credit rate, and again in 2004 we are awarded the AAA credit rate by the Jiangsu branch of the Construction Bank of China and by the Corporative Credit Evaluation Commission.
